  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation of your booking will be sent once payment is received and processed.
  • Payment: Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payment methods accepted will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary by package and service. Details regarding cancellations and any applicable fees will be provided upon booking confirmation.
  • Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates, etc.) are valid and obtained prior to travel. Bhumi Travel is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
  • Changes to Itinerary: Bhumi Travel reserves the right to modify travel itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. Alternative arrangements will be provided whenever possible.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
  • Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to check health advisories and vaccination requirements for your destination.
  • Liability: Bhumi Travel acts as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.). We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from their services.
  • Force Majeure: Bhumi Travel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
  • Complaints: Any complaints regarding your travel experience should be reported to Bhumi Travel immediately so that we can attempt to resolve them promptly.
